Most Asian Chinese would have their hair-make-over before Chinese New Year. Westerners, before Christmas. Lately, I begin to realize that majority seems to go for another make-over in July…i.e. a 6-months gap… coz I have 4 mom-friends who have just had their new haircut in July itself.
