Hey there. I’m Sarah Venesse Lim, a Chinese and also a chinese illiterate. A MRS/wife from Penang, Malaysia. This year I’m 24, next year I’ll still be 24. Welcome to beingMRS, my personal blog. Spent to blog which is why it’s so prodigal about me. And since the surname isn’t a Jones or a Smith. So, I’m fine with just beingMRS.

Here is a summary of the things I did after being a MRS.

1. Attempted to emulate a sip of Kimora’s life in the Fab Lane, only ended up broke in just 2 years or was it 2 seconds?

2. Bungee jump from the corporate world right to the platform of stay-at-home mom and have to cope with ‘laundry’ which can only be achieved by remitting strenuous effort. OMG! It’s horrendous! I have nightmares doing them… or NOT doing them.

3. Went to Vienna for my honeymoon with a TROOP of inlaws.

4. Tasted Goulash in Salzburg and immediately fell for it though I’m still faithful to Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee, Laksa and CharKoayTeow. Haiz… I totally forgot about apple strudel and schnitzel with noodle!

5. Snooped around Tokyo city without a tour package for a satisfying full month.

6. Learn to ski in Korea with a bunch of kids younger than me by a decade.

7. Celebrated a blessing 21st birthday in Hong Kong.

8. Married to a guy who would cancel any plans just to catch Roger Federer or Del Potro live on tv.

9. Dig my brain through Masters Degree killing so much cells, giving me all the wrinkles only ended up being a homemaker. What a big merry-go-round.

10. My life begins after marriage and the irony part is… so is reality.

11. I’m in trouble now coz my son sticks to me like a super glue.

12. Read a lot of good books while being grounded by my exuberant little 3year old.

13. Amazon, MPH and Borders are still doing pretty well in this economy turmoil probably bcoz of me.

14. Attempted 3 home biz and not even 0.1% near cash rich. Help! I just can’t sit still doing nothing at home.

15. After giving birth, my teeth get confused too. Went to a Dentist to get my front teeth widening Niagara Falls gap closed, ended up with a sudden 2 long years of torturous braces. Thanks to the braces, my lips now look double-thick.

16. Still enjoy every copy of “Personal Money Magazine” as much as I enjoy stealing my younger brother’s “Crayon Shin-Chan” to read.

17. Spent my entire income on cloths and accessories and is now back to square one. Start saving! Banks don’t offer retirement loans.

18. Haggard and wrinkles are so imminent that it may befall anytime, Sarah dear. Ooops… perhaps it already have. My receipt read FACELIFT programs. Yikes!

19. Having MYR3,800 well spent on absolutely NOTHING in a well-known slimming centre.

20. Spotted by paparazzi too many times looking like a witch.

21. Get conned by a big fat liar. Ended up buying a sick puppy that keeps growing bigger and bigger, and her furs land on every inch of my apartment though I love my dog dearly.

22. Never missed a single weekend on clubbing. But, after settling down, I missed every weekend!!

23. Don’t have any particular gang of friends now coz I’ve signed myself in a bigger crowd. Me and my son… yea… what a big and noisy crowd. Haiz…

24. Oh ya… I’ve learn to blog too.

There are many more that I’ve yet to accomplish… like, getting my high cheek buccal fat sucked out! LOL…. Live life Sarah!
